Come to learn more about two land trusts active within the Skaneateles Lake watershed. First, attendees will hear from Central New York Land Trust (CNYLT) Executive Director, Patrick Lynch. Patrick will talk about CNYLT’s recent restoration and acquisition projects and how their vision fits into larger watershed open space protection. Next, attendees will hear from Amy Olney, Conservation Projects Manager with Finger Lakes Land Trust (FLLT). Amy will share updates and information on FLLT's conservation projects in the watershed, with an emphasis on protected lands through conservation easements. This is a great opportunity for folks to learn more about local land protection, including property owners interested in taking action to protect land in the watershed through conservation easements or other means.
